Francine Bennett served 22 years in the Marine Corps before embarking on a legal career. Her legal work focuses on guardianships of the person with small or no estates and limited scope civil matters. Ms. Bennett offers flat rate and hourly billed services. She also provides sliding scale services for prospective clients whose verified total household income is less than $55,000 a year. Ms. Bennett has received recognition from the American Bar Association's Commission on Homelessness and Poverty, the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, and she is an inductee in the Order of Barristers for excellence in oral and written advocacy on behalf of the indigent in Dallas County.
